A few weeks ago, we headed to Chicago to cheer on our Horns. It was just the four of us that went and we had the best time. It was an early 60th birthday present for Dad!

Once we arrived to Chicago we checked into our hotel and ate deep dish pizza at Giordano's. It was so good!!
We then explored Chicago- I love this city! It's been about 10 years since Justin and I had been and I had forgotten why I have loved this city so much! It was even better this time because everyone was in burnt orange!!
We then did an sunset architecture tour. It was the perfect ending to our day!
Afterwards, we went to my favorite cupcake spot- Magnolia Bakery!! It was yummy!!
Saturday morning we went on a Big Bus Tour of Chicago- it was a great way to see the city.
Next, we got ready to head to South Bend!!

We then arrived to campus and it was amazing! So much tradition and everyone was so friendly and welcoming!

Even though we lost terribly, it was such a fun experience being at the game!!! We had the best weekend with just the 4 of us. Happy 60th Dad!
