Charlie's fire station

For Christmas, Charlie received his own fire station that Pops made for him! Uncle Adam was able to capture his reaction on video and we are so glad he did! Here Charlie is freaking out with excitement- I think it is safe to say that he loves it! :)

Family Day at the Aquarium

Last weekend, we went to the Aquarium for a family day and it was so much fun!! We knew this would probably be the last time we would be able to do this as a family of 3 before Mr. Luke arrived.  It was Charlie's first time to the Aquarium and he loved it!!!

We then moved outside to the penguins....again he was loving it!

His favorite part of the entire day was the sharks- look at his sweet face.  He had never seen anything like this before--he was taking it all in!

His new word of the day- big shark, big shark, big shark!!!

What a fun afternoon we had! As soon as we put him in his car seat he was wiped out.  I can't remember the last time he fell asleep in the car.  Must of been a great day!! :)

34 weeks!

Luke is growing bigger by the second!!! Last Friday, we went to check in on him and he is doing great! Has currently weighs 5 pounds, 8 ounces, has healthy heartbeat of 148 BPM, and is in the 70%! As of now, he weighs more than Charlie did when he was born.  Wow!!! Here's a sneak peak of him.....

We got more and more of the baby items out this month and Charlie was loving it! I think he enjoys them more now than he did was he was a newborn!

I'll often catch him reading in the carrier....

........or playing on the play mat! Pretty cute!! He's going to make a great big brother!!!!

Only 6 more weeks to go until we meet this sweet boy!

Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day from the cutest 2 year old I know.....

Charlie had his Valentine's Day party at his school and it was so much fun! I ended our V-day party with my 2nd graders.......

 .......and then rushed to his school to make it to his.  So much fun!!!

The food was then served and I think that was the quietest I have ever seen a room of 14 2 year olds- pretty funny!

It was then toddler dance party time! His teacher turned on the music and they all started dancing, toddler style! :) Yes- his shirt says Single and Lovin It!! Justin didn't want to take him to day care in it- but he got a lot of compliments at the party.  I think he was pretty darn cute!!!

Charlie then found his beloved guitar and jammed out to the music...

Happy birthday Miles!

Miles turned 2 almost a month ago- January 15th- and we celebrated it the following weekend.  We had so much fun celebrating his big day and seeing their new house.  We love having them in the area and it is so fun having the boys together- they are so cute together!!!

They were pretty tired by the end....Charlie brought all the toys with him to the chair so the birthday boy wouldn't take them from him- we are working on sharing. :)

31 weeks

I'm a little behind on my blog posts- I'm actually 32 weeks now, but this was taken at 31 weeks.  Luke is getting bigger and bigger by the moment! He is in the 81%ile, and at 31 weeks he weighed in at 4 pounds with a heartbeat of 156.  Wow!! He's growing wonderfully and here is a sneak peak of him- it's harder and harder to get a good picture of him because he is running out of room.  But, I do love seeing him so often!

 Charlie is getting ready to be a big brother.  Most of the baby things are out and Charlie loves playing with him.  His favorite is getting in the bouncer- he seems to think that it is for him!

I'm starting to feel really huge and wasn't too thrilled about taking my picture this month- but here is it is for documentation sake.  As you can tell month seven was not my favorite month. But, we are getting closer to meeting this little guy!
