On January 2nd (yes, I'm really behind!) Charlie turned 3!!!! The day started with a trip to the Perot Museum with Nana and baby Luke and Charlie had a blast!! That evening we had a celebration and he opened his gifts. Charlie was so excited!!

It was probably the coldest night of the year on his birthday, but Dad still took him to the neighborhood school to ride and he did great. We were impressed with how quickly he learned!

That weekend we went to see the Trains with our families. Charlie is obsessed with trains at the moment and we thought this would be perfect. After the holidays, it was nice to have a low key birthday celebration.
We were going to take him to one of our favorite brunch places, but the wait was forever. So we headed to the food court instead. It was perfect!
