Over the weekend, we headed out to Grapevine for Main Street Days. This was our third year to go and it is one of my favorite things we do as a family! The boys are both at great ages this year and we had a blast!!
Charlie was SO excited!! Cheese!

Once we got there, the first thing Charlie wanted to see was the train!
He even rang the bell!!
After the train, we explored for a bit. The street was lined with vendors selling lots of crafts and good food! I had to stop and get this cute pic of the boys!
We then headed to the Carnival and Midway section- the boys favorite part of Main Street Days!
Lukie wasn't quite sure about riding the rides....
...then we found something just his size! He was so proud of riding the choo choo train all by himself. Yay Lukie!
Daddy and the boys then rode the helicopter together!
Time for something fast! Charlie and I rode the dragon roller coaster. Can't believe we have such a big boy now. Charlie was really brave to ride it.
Charlie quickly found the red a tractor for his second to last ride...
...and Lukie opted for one more spin on the trains.
And finally the last ride was the carousel....
Time to stop and grab a bite to eat.
Next up was the KidCave....
Charlie loved running through the shark a million times!!
Lukie found Thomas and was set for the afternoon. :)
It was almost time to head home, but we had to get Mommy and Charlie's favorite- funnel cake!!
Lukie even enjoyed a few bites!
Such a fun afternoon with our family! Can't wait to head back next year!!
