We had Charlie's 2nd birthday party over the weekend with Charlie's big extended families. I went back and forth for the longest time about a theme and finally decided on Choo Choo I'm 2. He LOVES trains lately and saying choo choo with cute little arm movements...so, perfect!

Highlights of each month....what a year it's been! We've seen our baby grow into a boy, lived in three different houses, done lots of projects, gone to California and Florida, and now have a little brother on the way!
I'm 2!!!
Once everyone arrived Charlie loved playing with his cousin Miles!! It is so fun having them back in Texas and seeing the boys grow up together!!
A wagon ride with Papa was quickly requested...
The fun moved into the playroom- the spaceship was a hit! Thanks Uncle Chase and Aunt Chrissy!
Then, it was time for cake and singing Happy Birthday!!

He seemed to know more what he was doing this year. This particular bag was pretty hilarious as he tore through the tissue and dove in.
Flash back one year ago to his 1st birthday, he was just learning the joys of birthday gifts.
He needed a little less help this year.
He enjoyed playing with all of his toys afterwards too and of course, playing in a box.
